Trade show and event giveaways people keep

Picked up, then kept.

For the stand, the delegate bag and the queue for coffee. We help you choose what to hand out, design it so people stop, and deliver it to the venue ready to set out.

What we promise

  • Made to be picked up.

Colour, finish and packaging that pull people across the aisle, on things useful enough to keep.

  • Worked back from the date.

We check every event order against its show date and flag anything at risk before it ships.

How it runs

Work back from show day.

A typical managed order takes 3–4 weeks from brief to delivery. Show coming up sooner? Tell us the date, and we’ll tell you what we can turn around.

  1. Start

    Tell us the show.

The date, the venue and how many people you expect at the stand.

  2. Designs

    Free designs.

Free designs within 24 hours, shown on the products.

  3. Build-up

    Delivered.

We plan around the venue’s delivery window and deliver a few days early, or to your hotel or a local office.

  4. Show day

    Doors open.

The table’s stocked before the first coffee queue forms.

  5. Afterwards

    Ready for the next one.

Leftovers come back from the venue and wait with us. New contacts can choose a thank-you on a branded page, and we send it to their door.

Typical timings. Timings vary by order.

What to hand out

Pick by what it has to do.

Most stands mix two or three of these. Tell us the crowd and we’ll suggest the balance.

  1. Draw them in.

Small things people take without breaking stride, branded big enough to read from the aisle.

  2. Reward the conversation.

For the people who stop, ask a question and let you scan their badge. Useful things they’ll carry home.

  3. For the meetings that matter.

The booked demo, the partner dinner, the prospect your sales team flew in. Fewer pieces, better made.

  4. Kit for the stand team.

Tees and hoodies in matching colours, so visitors know who to talk to. Each person picks their size on a branded page.

Standing out

Make it worth stopping for.

The stand next door has pens too. What makes people cross the aisle is how yours look and feel.

  • Decoration that suits the item

We offer embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving, debossing, DTG and DTF printing, and patches, and suggest the one that suits each piece.

  • Your colours on the table

Products chosen in your brand colours, so the whole table reads as one stand from across the hall.

  • Packed to be opened

A sleeve, a card or a small box turns a handout into something people open on the spot.

  • Something nobody else has

For a bespoke product, or a stand built around one idea, Studio designs it with you.

Event work

Shows we’ve shipped.

We also make event swag for DataGuard, CoreWeave, Carta, UKG and Lovable.

  • Black n8n cap hanging on the corner of a whiteboard with handwritten notes

    n8n

    Event kits in three regions.

We run n8n’s community swag in the UK, EU and US, from event kits to ambassador kits and creator packs: 40+ projects in just over a year.

  • At an ElevenLabs pop-up, a hand lifts a white printed T-shirt from a rail beside blue tees, with the film’s caption “with ElevenAgents”

    ElevenLabs

Six pop-ups, every one on time.

Production, stock and shipping into the venue for a pop-up that went from New York to London and Madrid. Six pop-ups across September and October 2026 were all delivered on time.

Questions about event giveaways.

What are the best trade show giveaways?

In our view, the ones people keep using. Tote bags, water bottles, pens, caps and lanyards are good places to start. Choose for the crowd, and keep the branding clean enough to use every day.

How many should we order, and is there a minimum?

Managed programmes start at 100 packs of 3 items (300 items in total). Beyond that, tell us how many people you expect and how long the show runs, and we’ll suggest a quantity for each item. For a smaller, straightforward product order, Go Swag Select (opens Go Swag Select, a separate site) starts from 30 per product.

How far ahead should we order?

A typical managed order takes 3–4 weeks from brief to delivery, and samples usually take 1–2 weeks. Timings vary by order. If your show is sooner, tell us the date: we can turn rush event orders around faster, and we’ll say what’s possible.

Can you deliver to the stand?

We deliver to the venue. We plan around its delivery window and deliver a few days early, and if the venue won’t take deliveries before build-up, we send it to your hotel or a local office instead.

Can you deliver giveaways to an event abroad?

Yes. We deliver to 180+ countries and send international orders DDP: we handle customs and duties, so there’s nothing to pay on arrival. We hold stock in the UK, the Netherlands and the US.

What if we have giveaways left over?

They come back from the venue and stay with us, ready for your next show.

Let’s fill the table.

Tell us the show, the crowd and roughly how many. We’ll suggest what to hand out and get it there.
