The brief

A welcome with room for individuality.

AND Digital wanted to add to the onboarding experience for its clients and its employees, known internally as ANDis.

The company encourages people to bring their individuality to work. Every ANDi can choose an “AND title”, a job-title addition that reflects their hobbies and interests, and the collection needed to make room for it.

The idea

A shared pack, a personal bottle.

The whole pack is built around AND Digital’s red, from the printed box to a tomato-red 500ml Chilly’s bottle.

Each person’s chosen AND title sits beside the AND Digital branding on their bottle, so everyone gets the same pack with a detail that is theirs.
