Company / About
We design, source, store and deliver swag for companies, to 180+ countries. One team, from the first idea to the final doorstep.
Need the details? Company facts
Conor McKenna and Ben Greenock led design and design research at an agency. Every new starter meant hours of searching online, chasing printers and negotiating with suppliers to put a welcome pack together.
So they built the service they wished they’d had, using what they knew about designing digital services.
A good product is only part of the job. We also think about how it’s ordered, packed and delivered, and about the person opening the box. That’s why we build software too: Claim Pages, where recipients share their size and address, and Plus, where you can see who has claimed and track shipments.
“Our design team holds us to an extremely high quality bar … They actually force the entire growth team to go through Go Swag for everything because they know that you all hit the quality bar.”
1,000+ companies have worked with Go Swag. Three of them, in a little more detail.

Meta
The swag vending machines in Meta’s London campuses came out of working closely with Meta’s team. We had never built one, so we worked out together how to make it happen.
“They were incredibly enthusiastic. They were very, very confident in their ability to bring this to life.”
We’ve run ElevenLabs’ swag since March 2024, now from stock in the UK, EU and US.
We set up the claim page Knight Frank’s new starters use to claim their welcome packs.
Four parts of one team, working from the same brief.
“When you say no to things that we know from experience are not a good idea, that builds a level of respect and trust.”
