Service / Global warehousing
Your swag, already inside the border.
We hold your swag in the UK, the EU and the US, so sends inside those regions don’t cross a customs border. Everything else goes DDP, with nothing for recipients to pay on arrival. In all, we deliver to 180+ countries.
01 · The border
Customs should be our issue, not yours.
Say you’re welcoming 40 new starters: 25 in the US and 15 in Germany. Here’s the same welcome, sent two ways.

The 25 US packs go from US stock, the 15 for Germany from EU stock in the Netherlands.
How we compared
“Other companies” shows the one-warehouse method: every parcel sent from one country, across customs borders. It’s drawn from the published shipping terms of branded merchandise and gifting companies in the UK, the EU and the US, checked in October 2026. The fees are examples, so the bill’s £ figure is illustrative. Sources available on request.
02 · Where it sits
Three regions. 180+ countries.
There’s a Go Swag company in the UK, the EU and the US, and stock in each region. Sends inside a region go from that region’s stock.

Questions about warehousing.
Why hold stock in three places?
Because the border is where sending gets complicated. We have a Go Swag company in the UK, the EU and the US, and wherever we can, your swag is made, held and sent inside the region it’s going to. Those sends don’t cross a customs border at all. It’s efficient on customs and on cost.
Where is the stock held?
In Scotland for the UK, the Netherlands for the EU, and St Louis for the US. Sends to people in each region go from that region’s stock.
What about the rest of the world?
We deliver to 180+ countries, and we send international orders DDP: we handle customs and duties, so recipients have nothing to pay on arrival. We work out customs, duties and taxes up front, in your quote. Nothing’s hidden.
What if a product can’t be made in the region?
Then it’s sourced where it can be, and it crosses into the region once, in bulk. We handle all of the customs on that crossing, and work out the cost up front, so you’ll never have to worry about it. From there, each send goes from that region’s stock.
How do we know what’s in stock and what’s been sent?
In Plus, you can check your stock, make requests and reorders, and track shipments.
Do we have to reorder for every new starter?
No. Your approved collection can stay with us between sends, so each new starter’s pack comes from stock you already have.
