The parcel is the first thing people see of your swag. We pack your products, packaging and message together, send from stock inside the region wherever we can, and handle customs and duties when a send crosses a border.

    We agree what goes to whom, from which stock, and the date each send needs to land.

    Wherever we can, it’s sent from stock in the region it’s going to: the UK, the EU or the US.

  3. Packed in your branding.

    Your branded products, packaging and message are packed together for each person, or prepared for each location.

  4. Shipped and tracked.

    International sends go DDP, so recipients have nothing to pay on arrival. Track shipments in Plus.

Questions about shipping.

Will recipients abroad have anything to pay?

No. We deliver to 180+ countries and send every international order DDP: we handle customs and duties, so recipients have nothing to pay on arrival. We work out customs, duties and taxes up front, in your quote. Nothing’s hidden.

Can recipients add their own size and address?

Yes, with a Claim Page™. A branded page lets recipients share their preferences and delivery details. We use that information to prepare and send their gift.

How long does it take?

A typical managed order takes 3–4 weeks from brief to delivery, and samples usually take 1–2 weeks. Timings vary by order, so we confirm them when we plan your send.
