When a send crosses a border, we handle the customs and duties. The cost is worked out up front, in your quote, and recipients have nothing to pay on arrival.

Duties, taxes and handling fees can turn a gift into a bill on someone’s doorstep. We send every international order DDP and price customs into your quote, so the border never reaches your recipient.

Questions about customs.
What about gifts sent from the UK to the EU?
Sending a gift from the UK to the EU means a customs border, even when nothing is sold. Wherever we can, it goes from our EU stock in the Netherlands, so it doesn’t cross a customs border at all. When it does cross, it goes DDP. Either way, the person receiving it has nothing to pay on arrival.
How do we know what customs will cost?
We work out customs, duties and taxes up front, in your quote. Nothing’s hidden.
Which sends go DDP?
Every international send. We deliver to 180+ countries, and every send that crosses a border goes DDP, whether it’s a single gift to someone’s home or stock for an office abroad.
Why does it matter where the stock is held?
Because each parcel that crosses a border has to clear customs on its own. Wherever we can, your swag is made, held and sent inside the region it’s going to, so those sends don’t cross a customs border at all. When stock does need to cross, it crosses once, in bulk, and we handle it.
Does this apply to Go Swag Select orders?
No. Go Swag Select delivers to UK addresses only, so its orders don’t cross a border. Customs concierge is part of our managed service, for international sends.
