Welcome packs worth keeping

First days, well packed.

Designed in your brand, packed and sent to the office or their door, and stored ready for the next starter.

What to send

Give every item a purpose.

A welcome pack tells a new starter who you are before anyone says a word. We design it around the people joining you and the message you want them to hear.

  1. Something to wear

A hoodie, T-shirt or cap they’ll wear to their first team call, and for a long time after.

  2. Something for the desk

A notebook, a pen and a bottle: the everyday kit that ends up on every call.

  3. Something that explains the brand

Colours, print and stickers that tell them what kind of place they’ve joined.

  4. A proper welcome

A card from the team that makes the reason for the pack clear.

  5. The box itself

Branded packaging turns the opening into part of the welcome.

Claim Pages™

They claim it. We send it.

New starters claim their pack on a page in your brand and add their own size and address, so you don’t collect them by email. Follow one pack from the first link to the door.

  • At home

They add their own address on their claim page, and we send the pack to their door.

  • In the office

We deliver packs to your office, ready to hand out on their first morning.

  • In another country

We deliver to 180+ countries and send international orders DDP, so new starters abroad have nothing to pay on arrival.

A phone shows Acme’s claim page at each stage: the welcome, choosing a size, adding an address, tracking and delivery.

  1. Welcome

    A welcome in your brand.

New starters open a claim page we design in your brand, with a note from you. Send the link by email, share it, upload a CSV, or connect your HR system through an API connection.

  2. Choose

    Their size, their choice.

They pick their own clothing size, and we use it to prepare their pack.

  3. Send

    Home or office, they decide.

They add where it should go and claim it. You see who has claimed in Plus, and we prepare the pack and send it.

  4. Track

    Followed every step.

Your team can follow every step in Plus. New starters get their own tracking page in your brand, plus tracking emails.

  5. Delivered

    It’s arrived.

An email tells them their pack has arrived, and your team can see it marked delivered in Plus.

How it works

Plan back from their first day.

Four stages between the brief and the doorstep.

  1. 01The brief

Man turning a sage 'on brand' cap over colour swatch cards and an open Pantone fan

    Tell us who’s joining.

Who’s starting, where they’ll work and the message you want to share. An initial idea is enough to start.

  2. 02Design and produce

Woman presenting colour swatches to three colleagues around a white table with laptops

    We design and source.

We consider the product, the print and the packaging together, and you approve the choices before we go ahead.

  3. 03Pack and send

Worker in a Go Swag hi-vis vest at a warehouse door as boxes are loaded into a courier van

    We pack and send.

We coordinate worldwide shipping, customs and delivery support, to homes and offices.

  4. 04Day one

    They open it.

At their desk or at home, the welcome starts before their first meeting.

Running it again

Ready for whoever joins next.

Build a collection you can keep using. Your approved collection can stay with us between sends, so the next welcome pack is packed from stock when someone joins.

Questions about welcome packs.

What should be in a welcome pack?

Something to wear, something for the desk and a note from the team is a good start. Choose products they’ll use every day, in your brand’s colours, with packaging that makes opening it feel like a welcome.

Can you send welcome packs to remote employees?

Yes. Each new starter adds their own delivery details on a claim page, and we send their pack. International orders go DDP: we handle customs and duties, so recipients have nothing to pay on arrival.

Can you store packs for future hires?

Yes. Your approved collection can stay with us between sends, so the next pack is ready when you need it.

How far ahead should we plan?

A typical managed order takes 3–4 weeks from brief to delivery, and samples usually take 1–2 weeks. Timings vary by order, so we confirm them when we plan yours.

Is there a minimum order?

Managed programmes start at 100 packs of 3 items. For a smaller straightforward product order, Go Swag Select (opens Go Swag Select, a separate site) starts from 30 per product.

Can welcome packs be triggered automatically?

Yes. The Go Swag API connects gifting to almost any system you use. A new starter joining can trigger their welcome pack.

Plan a proper welcome.

Tell us who’s joining and where. We’ll help you plan the pack and how it reaches them.
