Service / Design & artwork

Artwork that’s ready for every product.

Free designs within 24 hours. Send us your logo and tell us what it’s for. We design the collection and prepare the artwork for each product and method.

A woman lays out fabric and colour swatches for three colleagues around a white meeting table

Your logo has to work as thread on a sweatshirt, ink on a curved mug and a pressed mark on a notebook cover. We prepare it for each one, so the whole collection looks like it came from one brand.

What we take care of

From brief to finished artwork.

Free designs within 24 hours. Then we prepare them for every product and method in your collection.

  • Collection design

The right pieces for who it’s for and what it needs to do.

  • Artwork for each product

Your logo, adapted to each product, material and method, so it stays sharp when it’s stitched and its colours hold on dark fabric.

  • Placement and sizing

Where the mark sits on each piece, and how big it can be.

  • Method advice

Embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, debossing and more, matched to the product and the logo.

How it works

From your brief to the finished design.

  1. A woman writes on sticky notes at a desk beside a cream garment with a Cleo patch
From our work for Cleo: notes beside a patched sample.

    We read the brief.

We start from who it’s for, what it needs to do and the brand details that matter.

  2. Hands spread a brown overshirt and a cream garment on a table beside brown colour swatches

    We design it.

We work out the products, colours and print together, so the pieces belong to one collection.

  3. Overhead of a Knight Frank set: felt sleeve, card, kraft box, debossed notebook, pen and green leather sleeve
From our work for Knight Frank: one mark across felt, card, kraft and leather.

    Review and refine.

See the proposal, give us feedback and ask for revisions.

Your part

Start with what you have.

  • Your logo, as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if you have one.
  • Your brand guidelines, or the colours you use.
  • Who it’s for, and the occasion.
  • The products you have in mind, if any.
  • Anything you’ve had made before and liked.

Our work

From sketchbook to finished print.

For Exclaimer Unlocked, padlock characters drawn in a sketchbook became the navy print on the finished tee.

The details make it

Every method has its own rules.

We offer embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving, debossing, DTG and DTF printing, and patches, and choose the right one for your logo and product.

  • Hands guide a black garment in an embroidery hoop as the machine stitches the Lovable logo in white

    Lovable · Embroidered sweatshirt

    Embroidery

Thread builds the logo stitch by stitch, so very fine lines and small text are simplified.

  • A pink silicone pad presses onto a matte black POLY4 mug in a pad-printing machine

    POLY4 · Pad-printed mug

    Pad printing

A soft silicone pad carries ink onto curved surfaces such as mugs and bottles.

  • Close-up of a black notebook with a tonal debossed Knight Frank logo

From our work for Knight Frank: a debossed notebook.

    Debossing

The mark is pressed into the cover with no ink at all, for a quiet, tonal finish.

Questions about design.

How quickly will I see designs?

Free designs within 24 hours. Send us your logo and tell us who the swag is for and what it needs to do, and we’ll come back with a design for your collection.

What file format should my logo be?

A vector file is best: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF, because it scales to any size without losing detail. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it with your brief and we’ll talk through what each product needs.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. You review the proposal, give us feedback and ask for revisions. Product mockups show the design direction, and samples and production requirements are agreed for your project.

What if I want something that doesn’t exist yet?

That’s Studio, our creative practice. Studio designs bespoke products, custom packaging, brand activations and custom technology, starting from your brief.

Tell us what you’re making.

Send us your logo, who it’s for and what you have in mind. We’ll design the collection around it.
