Swag vending machines
Swag vending machines, in your brand.
Put your core range where people already are. Employees and guests browse it on a large touchscreen, choose an item and collect it from the machine.

How it works
Browse, choose, collect.
Browse.
Employees or guests browse your range on the touchscreen, shown in your brand.
Choose.
They pick the item they want and select it on screen.
Collect.
The machine dispenses it, and they take it with them there and then.
In the room

In this Meta installation, the machine stands in a breakout space beside a bold mural.

In use
In Meta’s London lobbies.
The machines were Anthony Almir’s idea. We took classic vending machines, removed the front and fitted a high-definition touchscreen. Staff walk a guest up, the guest picks what they want, and it drops. We built them, and we run them alongside an internal store.
“Not only is it a first for us, I think it’s also a first for big tech in general, certainly in the UK.”

Questions about the machines.
Does it need a staffed counter?
No. People choose and collect for themselves, so your core range is available without a staffed distribution counter.
Can people order online too?
Yes. For Meta, we run an internal store alongside the machines, so staff can also order online.
Picture it in your office.
Tell us where it would go and who it’s for. We’ll work out what it should hold and how it stays stocked.
